Year 3 have been working hard over the past couple of weeks to design and ‘sell’ a unique telescope!
The children began by working in their pairs or groups to create a telescope with unique features. The children thought of some creative ideas that included a telescope with a built in Alexa, Camera, Drone and even windscreen wipers! The children then thought about the cost and materials of their product.
The children then had to use their understanding of persuasive features to create a persuasive poster that advertised their telescope.
Finally we had our own Gorsedd y Dreigiau, a welsh version of Dragons Den where the children had to pitch their telescope for an investment!
We are so proud of all the children who did a fantastic job!
