This week we have been learning about a historical hero- Florence Nightingale! We started by looking at a timeline of Florence Nightingales life and learnt all about the impact that Florence Nightingale had on helping others and on training nurses.
The children then enjoyed writing about all the important work that Florence Nightingale did to help others and why she is referred to as ‘The lady with the lamp’.
