As year 6 have been learning about orienteering, mapping skills and plotting coordinates, what better way to test their knowledge but to put it in to practice.
Today, Year 6 were set the task to draw a bird’s eye view of our yard, hide their ‘eggs’ for their buddy and mark an x on their map.
They were given a time scale to find the ‘egg’ which doubled in time as the ‘eggs’ were so well hidden.
