During our dance session this afternoon, the children were taken beneath the waves to explore the wonderful world of ocean life. They practised rising and sinking before discovering the gentle and light actions of little fish and crabs, then jellyfish and starfish. The children then practised using contrasting strong and heavy actions to create rocks and crevices where their sea creatures live. Well done Year 1, fantastic work!
