Dosbarth Cherry Blossom are getting ready to plant their sunflower seeds but first they needed to find out how many seeds they had, to make sure they had enough for everyone. They suggested using photos of all of the children and putting one seed on each photo. Then they enjoyed an activity which involved using five frames. They had to see how many five frames the seeds would fill. They discussed how many five frames were full and used their subitising skills to say how many more were needed to fill the five frames that were not full. Amazing work boys and girls!
