Today the year 3 children discussed the importance of setting personal goals and targets. They then participated in a physical activity where they had to count how many squats they could do in 30 seconds. They repeated the activity two more times to see if they could improve. They then counted how many star jumps, lunges, side bends and shuttle runs they could do in thirty seconds, each time seeing if they could improve their previous score. Well done year 3.
