This week reception have watched a short film called ‘The Book of Butterflies’ from our Literacy shed website.
The children talked about the magical book, and chose different animals to come out of the book.
As part of our Expressive Arts, we decided to use our instruments to make the magical sounds of the wings. We challenged ourselves to make loud and quiet sounds, fast and slow sounds as well as play to a beat.
We made some fantastic music!
