After reading the story ‘The Lighthouse Keeper’s Lunch’, the Year 2s enjoyed finding out about lighthouses and what they are used for. We read different information texts on Get Epic, and learned how to summarise the facts in our own words. Next week we will be creating information pages about lighthouses, using our summarised facts from this week.
