Today year 4 had lots of fun celebrating Empathy Day. We learnt to understand and share the feelings of another through reading Rachel Bright’s ‘The Lion Inside’ and discussing the emotions of the different characters. We enjoyed practising our art skills through learning to draw Kindness Monsters with Rob Biddulph and creating our own collage masks to represent the mouse and lion inside of us.
