World Empathy Day – Reception

What a great way to think about our relationships, how we become friends, what makes us friends and thinking about the special differences we all have.

Reception used the book ‘Gyda’n Gilydd’ and thought about the special things we do with our friends.

Firstly the children created a person paper chain, the decorated each one and wrote an adjective on the back describing what makes them a good friend.

The children imagined they could ‘bake’ a friend… and created a recipe for friendship. They chose the most important things they think a good friend needs, sharing, caring and adventuring qualities.

The children had some great ideas about what friends like doing together and what differences they have too.

Da iawn Derbyn, gyda’n gilydd byddwn ni’n newid y Byd!

Together we will change the World!
