In preparation for Bonfire Night, the nursery children have been participating in a range of firework themed activities. They made fireworks in the tuff tray using shaving foam, paint, glitter and plastic forks, chalked fireworks pictures onto paper and on the ground outside, and made catherine wheels out of paper plates. They threaded colourful pipe cleaners in to colanders to look like exploding fireworks and also used bath scrunchies to paint some amazing firework paintings. They have been busy!
