Year 3 were very excited today to learn that next week we will be carrying out a Science investigation linked to mummifying tomatoes!
Before we do that, we decided as a class that we needed to make observations about our tomatoes before the investigation, draw diagrams of them and weigh them! We can then compare this data with our results at the end of the investigation!
The children particularly enjoyed weighing the tomato’s and reading the scales to find out how heavy their tomatoes are to begin with!
