Year 1 have been learning all about brushing our teeth. We read a story about a pirate who didn’t like brushing his teeth and we talked about why it is so important. We found out the best way to look after our teeth and gums and then had a practice. We timed each other using stopwatches, making sure we brushed for the recommended two minutes- we were surprised at how long it took!
