Beech Class enjoyed celebrating St. David’s Day today. The children looked fantastic in their Welsh clothes, and enjoyed learning about St. David and why today is so important to the people of Wales. They created fantastic mind maps showing what they learned about our patron Saint, and investigated 2D shapes to create a digital 2D shape Welsh flag. We enjoyed participating in our school Eisteddfod, where we performed our Welsh poem ‘Croesi’r Ffordd’ brilliantly.
