Armed Forces Day is a chance to show support for the men and women who make up the Armed Forces community. Our children of the forces had a wonderful day at the TA Centre at West Cross , taking part in a variety of workshops. The workshops included learning about WW2, taking part in Yoga sessions with So Fit, poetry activities with the poet Clive Sanders and they also took part in changing a tyre, virtual driving and team building. The children absolutely loved their day. It was also a wonderful opportunity to allow them to talk to others who also have family members who have been, or who are, working for the forces.
