Today the Year 2 children finally received the eggs that they have waited for! As part of our topic ‘Take a Trip in a Time Machine, we have been learning all about chicks and eggs. The children have been eagerly waiting for the eggs to arrive, and finally Farmer Nigel arrived with 10 chicken eggs for us to care for. We will be watching closely for signs of the chicks hatching over the next few days. We cannot wait to see first-hand the amazing process that we have been learning about this term.
