Dear Parents / Annwyl Rhieni,

I hope you and your families continue to stay safe and well during the lockdown. As you maybe aware we were planning on having class photographs taken in June but unfortunately this has been cancelled. However, Roz and Kirsty the photographers have been in contact and have offered us an opportunity to have class photographs. They have trialled it with another school and it has worked well.

They will make a montage of the individual children’s photographs, see example below, and will donate 10% to Swansea Foodbanks, seeded by the Trussell Trust and donate 10% to the school. We would need to have every parents (whose child had their photograph taken)in the classes permission for this, and once this is agreed, an email would be sent to parents for them to purchase the photograph via the email if they want to.

It is very difficult to get everyone to respond to an email. Therefore we would ask if you do not want your child to be included in the class photograph that you contact us by Wednesday 13th May stating that you do not wish your child’s photograph to be used. We will put this message on the school blog, website and twitter account .
