The Year 2 children have thoroughly enjoyed activating their prior knowledge about transport, in preparation for the start of this term’s topic ‘Journey With Us Over Land, Sea, Air and Space’. We looked at lots of images of different ways of travelling and various forms of transport, and the boys and girls came up with lots of fantastic ideas about activities that we can do this term. As always, their suggestions will inform lesson planning and their ideas are displayed on our EPIC board in class.
