As part of our welly walk, we have been looking at nature ‘waking up’. We have noticed some of the trees with new buds and lots of our daffodils have popped up to say hello just in time for St David’s day! this morning we chose to look at our pond in our nature area.

Mrs Colasanto filled a Tay with some water and she used the net to scoop up some of the wildlife. We were so lucky! We found some lovely water snails and some slugs, We even found some little crawling bugs! After we had a good look through our bug viewers we made a small sketch of what we found.
