This week, Year 3 have started to learn all about the eight key compass points (N, NE, E, SE, S, SW, W, NW) ! We started by reflecting on what a compass is and its purpose.

The children then completed an activity whereby they had to use compass points and follow the directions to land on a location. The children then created their own map of Pontlliw Primary and their friends and to follow their directions to reach a point on their map.
