There were lots of lovely aromas coming from the nursery classroom this morning. The children enjoyed a tea party activity using lots of different types of tea bags. They used mint, orange and lemon, mango and strawberry, blackcurrant and berry. They smelled the dry tea bags before they added water and then compared it with the smell of the tea infused water. They had lots of fun pouring and stirring the tea and trying to decide what they could smell. They also enjoyed looking at the different colours the teas made and tried to predict the colours they would make when mixed together.
