Bees are amazing at maths, and so are the children in Dosbarth Ash!

All week the children have investigated 2D shapes that tessellate.

The children looked inside a hive and discovered that there is an amazing tessellating shape, so off to work they went investigating the different 2D shapes that a bee could use instead of a hexagon.

The work was wonderful and the children had great ideas! Gwaith Gwych!
