Year two had a very cold but fun Messy Monday this week! The children showed super independent learning and collaborative skills when undertaking the activities, which included making bird feeders using even numbers of Cheerios, making mini beast homes which would protect the insects from the frost and rain, creating natural material collages, playing hopscotch to further develop our knowledge of counting in fives, and chalking words the children could make using the letters from a bigger word.
